Join us at Grazing for our annual Duck & Pinot dinner, this year celebrating the fresh flavours of spring.

The five-course menu explores duck in its many forms, from liver parfait and smoked breast to duck and foie gras terrine, house-made duck neck sausage and roast breast. Asparagus, peas, preserved lemon and seasonal fruit bring freshness to the evening, which finishes with duck egg sourdough pudding, grilled apricot, ricotta crème and honey.

Begin with three canapés on arrival, followed by two entrées, a main course and dessert. The optional wine pairing opens with sparkling rosé, followed by Pinot Gris, two contrasting Pinot Noirs and a dessert wine. An arrival cocktail will also be available to purchase.

The evening is expected to conclude at approximately 10:00pm.
