Join us at Grazing for an unforgettable winter evening celebrating Australia's wild landscapes and seasonal bounty.

Our annual Hunter's Feast is a five-course dining experience inspired by the traditions of hunting, gathering, preserving and sharing food around the table. Showcasing wild game, native ingredients, foraged produce and local seasonal harvests, each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to tell a story of the land and the ingredients it provides.

The evening begins with a selection of canapés on arrival before guests are guided through four courses featuring wild boar, rabbit, fallow deer, native flavours and carefully selected seasonal produce. Optional matched wines have been chosen to complement each course and enhance the dining experience.

This intimate dining experience is expected to conclude at approximately 10:00pm.
