Summer of Riesling Dinner - Saturday, 4th February

As part of the Poacher's Way Summerside Festival and to celebrate a Summer of Riesling, Chef Kurt Neumann is creating a special dinner to celebrate the most noble of white grapes.

Each course has three beautiful culinary delights, matched to a flight of three rieslings. Taste rieslings from the Canberra District, other Australian and international regions.

Course One
Tomato tart tatin with cream cheese pastry, preserved lemon and dried cherry risotto filled zucchini blossom, twice cooked blue cheese soufflé with apple and crystallised honey
Course Two
Scallop boudin and ceviche with lemon and fennel, smoked Tumut rainbow trout with wasabi and nori tuile, basil wrapped Pacific oyster served steamed with salmon peals and soy mirin dressing
Course Three
Braised onion and witlof studded pork belly with crackling, cured duck sausage with curried lentil fritter, pan roasted quail with ricotta and sultana filled potato tortellini
Course Four
Passion fruit free standing crème brulee, black sticky rice with date and mango, crisp meringue with summer berries and crème chiboust

A credit card number is required at the time of booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of the dinner will be charged at 20% of the booking total.
