AUGUST - Fireside Festival & Truffle Season

Throughout the month of August, GRAZING will be offering some of the best truffles the region has to offer on our tasting menu.

TRUFFLE INDULGENCE TASTING MENU

Gunning Bum Nuts Free Range Hen’s egg, ash rolled, truffled parmesan custard and parsnip crisps

SATURDAY 27th AUGUST - 2016 Duck and Pinot dinner

Come and enjoy one of GRAZING'S signature events.

The annual Duck and Pinot dinner will be held on Saturday 27th August.

The dinner comprises of a six course degustation of duck with seven matched local, regional and international Pinot Noirs

Tickets on sale now. $125 per person (food only) or $165 per person (with matching wine)

Chef’s Canapé
Duck liver parfait, baby fig, caramelised onion lavosh

Course One
Steamed duck egg custard, cauliflower,
raisins, apple and Manchego

Course Two
Carpaccio of duck, truffle, cured duck
yolk, lardo and herbs

Course Three
Confit croquette with boudin noir, braised
cabbage, parsnip and roast duck jus

Course Four
Ash rolled roast duck breast, carrot crème,
pickled baby carrots and salted walnut crunch

Course Five
Mandarin and port braised duck, fennel,
duck heart, and glazed breast

Course Six
‘Fluffy Duck’ – Advocaat bavarois, poached
strawberry, doughnut crumble and cocoa nibs

SUNDAY 4th SEPTEMBER - Father's Day

GRAZING will be offering a special set menu for Father's Day:
3 Courses @ $72.00 p/person
