September- Seasonal Tasting Menu

Throughout the month of September, GRAZING will be offering some of the best truffles and seasonal produce the region has to offer on our tasting menu.

Dukkha-crusted whole baked sweet potato, Persian lentils and smoked hummus

Local rump of lamb with sticky glazed rib, kohlrabi, artichoke, cauliflower and eggplant

‘Glenlea Farm’ Crookwell NSW, grass fed beef with caramelised endive tarte tatin, smoked garlic and Shiraz onion jam

KANGAROO
Ash dusted Kangaroo fillet, roo prosciutto, cassoulet beans and garden beets

Baked Swiss brown, oyster and king brown mushroom cobbler, Manchego and cauliflower piccalilli

CHRISTMAS PARTIES

GRAZING is now taking bookings for Christmas parties to be held through December. We will open for private groups on Thursday lunches throughout December for groups above 40 people.
