Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd August – Annual ‘Duck & Pinot’ dinners

A degustation of Duck matched with local, national and international Pinots
- 6 courses $125 per person
- 6 courses with wine $165 per person

Beautiful local truffles will be showcased throughout the menu

Smoked Rainbow Trout croquette with artichoke, burnt leek and parsley picada

Ash rolled kangaroo loin with garden beet puree, cassoule beans and Tuscan kale
Matched with Capital Wines ‘The Backbencher’ Merlot 2011

- 2 courses @ $50 per person
- 3 courses @ $66 per person
