Valentine's Evening Menu

Enjoy a romantic evening dining at the award wining rural restaurant Grazing.

Your evening will begin with a glass of local sparkling wine or locally brewed draught beer (depending on your preference), Chef's seasonal canape, followed by a three course choice menu. We are happy to cater for guests with dietary or food intolerances.

Your evening starts at $85/p with a full beverage list and extras available upon request.

OCEAN TROUT
Tartare of Ocean Trout, salmon caviar, charcoal and avocado

OCTOPUS
Braised local octopus, prawn, black tarama, tomato and basil

PORK
Lost River Produce slow cooked pork belly, green pea, mint, black sesame and radicchio

DUCK
Pressing of duck, parsnip toffee, pickled rhubarb and pork crackle

LAMB

BARRAMUNDI
Pan roasted saltwater barramundi, new season asparagus, garden tarragon and pipi champagne butter emulsion

Black Angus beef flank, beer pickled onions, heirloom carrots, kale and smoked bone

Coffee rubbed hen’s thigh, roast breast, creamed cress, sweet corn and barley
