Grazing will be offering a set three course menu ($70.00/person) on Mother’s Day. Menus available for all ages.

Entrees

PORK BELLY
18 hour slow cooked pork belly with braised carrot, soubise and prune relish

RAINBOW TROUT
Smoked Rainbow trout croquette with artichoke, burnt leek and parsley picada

DUCK
Ash rolled and roasted duck breast with duck ham shavings, sweetcorn and pepita

TUNA
Olive oil rare poached Yellowfin tuna with crisp octopus, chorizo and cauliflower

ASPARAGUS (V)
Manchego custards with almond crunch, shaved raw asparagus, broccolini and green pea

Mains

LAMB
Slow cooked local lamb with house-made rosemary sausage, braised red cabbage and Crookwell potato mash

CHICKEN
Free range chicken breast with bacon marmalade, radish, zucchini and roquette sauce

BEEF
‘Glenlea Farm’ grass fed beef flank with smoked anchovy butter, tomato and sourdough salad

FISH
Petuna Ocean Trout loin with grains, salsa verde and red wine trout jus

EGGPLANT (V)
Baked eggplant and spiced chickpea moussaka with peperonata

Fresh baked seeded rye bread with ‘La Barre’ blood plum finishing vinegar and Yass olive oil $2.50 ea

GREENS
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower with Taleggio cream dressing

MESCLUN
Grown lovingly in our Chef’s garden, organic seasonal lettuce and other leaves

CHIPS
Beer battered thick cut chips with roast garlic mayonnaise

Frozen caramel and salted hazelnut custard with chocolate parfait, chocolate aero and pastry tidbits

Twice baked chocolate and beetroot soufflé with vanilla ice cream and toasted milk

Our Chef’s selection of two boutique cheeses, served with house baked fruit bread, apple and stewed fig compote
